2023 Junior Golf Program

Colonial Country Club is proud to announce the new 2023 Junior Golf Program. This is a comprehensive program that will maximize the learning experience yet keep the game simple and fun! The club is eager to introduce the game young people. This is a game that lasts a lifetime. Juniors are the future of the game!
The package being offered is scheduled for clinics and golf on the following dates: June 27, July 5, 11, 18, 25. There will be a "no-skip" week for July 4th in consideration of the holiday. On the fifth week, there will be a championship across all skill levels for both boys and girls. July 30 will be the annual Parent / Junior Tournament and Awards Banquet. This is a festive day filled with fun, prizes and food. Please bring a dish to pass.
The program has over 30 sets of clubs of various lengths that may be leased for the entire season at a cost of $90 per and includes the cost of instruction. These must be returned at the end os the season. If your Junior Golfer has their own equipment, Junior Golf instruction only fee is $25.
This program is open to ages 5 thru 17 and divided into groups based on age and ability level. Each group will start at a different time and play a determined number of holes based on ability. There are built in incentives to advance within the program. Written exams will be a part of moving up as well as one's ability to strike the ball along with proper golf etiquette. Included in the program is an incentive for parents to play with their children (extra points are awarded). Point winners will be announced at the end of year banquet.
Clinic times: 9 holers, 8-8:45am; 6 holers, 8:45-9:30am; 3 holers, 9:30-10:15am
Each Junior will be required to attend a minimum of 3 clinic days!!!
The program is limited to 40 juniors for 2023. Program fees are $25 per junior, Additional $65 per junior for club lease.
